The Cybex 750A offers multiple workout variations usually reserved only for the gym, including three exercise zones: a low position called the Glide (similar to a ski machine), a medium position called the Stride (similar to an elliptical trainer), and a high position called the Climb (similar to a stair climber). The zones team up with a broad incline and resistance range to emphasize almost every lower body muscle group, letting users determine the motion that best suits their fitness needs. For example, users can select a high incline to work the quads, or lower the incline and increase the resistance to firm up the butt. The Cybex 750A is also far easier on the body than most exercise equipment.
